Specialized Services

  • TubeCAD Layout Service - We can provide same-day full-scale Mylar® layouts using our TubeCAD system.


  • Tube Measuring Center - We use a Supravision-based tube measuring center to setup and verify the accuracy of your parts. We can send documentation with our parts to prove that they fit within your qualification envelope.


  • Quick Fabrication - We specialize in prototype quick-turnaround low-volume production, or we can assist in your long-term high-volume needs. We can help you from one tube to thousands of tubes up to 1" OD using our CNC benders.


  • Horizontal CNC Tube Benders - We have the latest CNC bending equipment:

    • Our KEINS KB15 is connected to our tube measuring center using an Advanced Tubular Benderlink computer system.


    • Our CHIYODA SP25 bender is attached using the same system.


  • End Forming - High volume small diameter end forming with high-speed Galan end form machines.
