LASERVISION

TubeCAD includes the ELFILE command that is a file dialog for loading and saving Eaton Leonard FIF files.

Since the dialog recognizes DOS networks, our customers can create a direct link between the TubeCAD workstation and Laswervision measuring centers using their network.

Using this approach means that the measuring center becomes a virtual hard drive or directory for your TubeCAD workstation. If the measuring center is availble on the network, then its presence is displayed in the ELFILE dialog. Files can be loaded directly from and saved directly to its hard drive.
