We've
been told that our Teach Mode system is one of the easiest
to learn and use. Of course, that translates into
time-savings and increased productivity over the long-haul.
You
can even enter custom moves without teaching
Some
prefer to enter custom commands manually, so we've made a way to skip
the teach mode and enter them directly. It's your choice.
Edit
custom moves after teaching is finished
You
can even edit the learned custom moves to fine-tune them
later. You can edit them manually or in Teach Mode.

This
is a VB50H hand-bender remanufactured by SMT using the CNC Bender
Procontrol software.
LARGE
BENDER
This
Pines 4 (6" bender) conversion originally had no carriage.
SMT designed and added the carriage using in-house designers and
Autodesk Inventor. The customer was so pleased with this
conversion and our support that they have ordered FIVE more.
This
SMT bender uses a Loader / Unloader has a seam detect, overhead gantry
gripper loader, hopper, and magazine. The laser scribe/seam detect is
used to orient coping relative to the plane of the first bend.
