Benderlink Bi-directional
Communication Of Data Benderlink software performs bi-directional
communication of data between FlexBenders
and a Windows 98/NT computer. The system uses the lightening-fast ARCNET
protocol to transmit data. Direct
Programming From A Computer Benderlink software allows direct
programming of the FlexBender control machine axis positions from the Windows
computer. Simplifies
FlexBender Setup Benderlink simplifies bender setup by allowing operators to enter tube centerline coordinate data
for conversion to appropriate FlexBender machine axis positions. Benderlink can import data from Eaton Leonard controls (FIF files), Pro/E files,
TubeCAD files, TubeCalc files, and any device that can build Supravision
files. Hard
Disk Data Storage And Recall Benderlink performs data storage
and recall of the FlexBender control data to the Windows or network hard
drive. It stores both the part shape data, and the tool setup data. Manages
Corrections Loops Communications Benderlink manages corrections
loops communications between Supravision-based measuring centers and the
FlexBender. The measuring center
makes direct adjustments to the FlexBender machine axis positions through
Benderlink. |
