Benderlink for Crown

The Benderlink for Crown software package is designed to allow Supravision-based tube measuring centers and Eaton Leonard Vector-based tube measuring centers and other remote computers to communicate with the Crown line of tube benders.
It installs and runs on the Crown control unit, always ready to perform communications in the background.
The software monitors for instructions from the measuring center, then performs the appropriate data conversion and translation automatically.

System Features

TRANSLATES BOTH SUPRAVISION DATA AND EATON LEONARD VECTOR DATA

Connects directly to the Supravision-based measuring centers using the Supravision Network protocol. Connects to Eaton Leonard Vector measuring centers using a single COM port and the Eaton Leonard Premier protocol.

Because we have changed to the Premier protocol (from the ATT Protocol), this change effectively allows any Crown bender to communicate with any Laservision or ROMER measuring center in the world without update or modification to the measuring center. It is no longer necessary to purchase the Competitive Bender Interface option for the Laservision.

FAST BI-DIRECTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS

Each bi-directional transmission takes only a second or two.

ENABLES MEASURING CENTER CORRECTIONS LOOP

Translates corrections data between tube measuring centers and the Crown bender. This feature allows the measuring center to make direct corrections to the Crown bender data to adjust the machine automatically.

PROVIDES CLEAR COMMUNICATION STATUS FEEDBACK

The Benderlink user-interface displays the status of communications. The program provides feedback for the type of measuring center being used, the status of communications, and translation status.

EASY USER SETUP

Benderlink provides a single-menu setup display for easy access to Benderlink configuration.
