This menu allows the editing of bender data
within Benderlink memory.
The menu includes five tab pages:
The Work Specs displays the Work Specs data that
was most recently loaded to or from the bender control.
The FPB tab displays the FPB data that
was most recently loaded to or from the bender control.
FPB is an acronym for "Feed, Plane-of-Bend, and Bend Angle", and it
represents the tube data that controls the shape of the tube as
bent by the bender.
Since KEINS and Chiyoda controls can have up to 30 process rows (or bends)
in the FPB data, Benderlink allows you to set the number of rows of
FPB data from 1 to 30.
The NOTES tab displays the Benderlink notes data that
can be stored along with the bender data.
The bender control does not send these notes. They are
part of Benderlink only.
The notes feature lets you store additional information about
the current data along with the bender data stored in
Benderlink files.
The TUBECALC tab allows you to transfer the current tube
shape in Benderlink to TubeCalc for edit and/or display.
It also allows you start TubeCalc for entry of a new part
shape based upon centerline XYZ data.
The SV IMPORT tab allows you to import Supravision files
directly into Benderlink for editing and transfer to the
bender.
