The Benderlink On-Site Installation Service allows the Advanced Tubular Technologies team to perform custom installation at your site. On-Site installation includes at least the following items:

    Software

  • Installation of Benderlink IV Software
  • Setup and test of software
  • In some cases, on-site adjustment of the software is possible.

    All Hardware

  • Testing of communications ports
  • Installation of cables inside the Chiyoda or KEINS benders
  • Installation of required power supply inside the bender

    Desktop and Control Systems

  • Installation of hardware at your site
  • Preparation, drilling, tapping, etc., for the Benderlink Control.

    Training

  • How to use the software
  • How to maintain the software and hardware
  • How to unplug and re-attach the cabling for a bender move
